I'm from Norfolk and I hadn't heard the term until a couple of years ago when my manager from Yorkshire mentioned it. He, incidentally, uses it to mean low aspirations, which is not what this article uses it for. The article really needs better referencing - one loosely related BBC article is not really sufficient. I'm not suggesting it needs deleting, just a verification warning at the start (I don't know how to add this). The phrase was just used by Stephen Fry on BBC2's QI programme, he is from Norfolk. I work in a Norfolk hospital, and though it's no longer written in notes, its still used commonly amongst staff when discussing patients 81.151.193.158 (talk) 18:04, 3 June 2008 (UTC)
