This image, Sarahjane.jpg, is promotional picture from Doctor Who Magazine, the copyright is most likely held by the BBC, the magazine publisher or the photographer, I khaosworks (talk • contribs) 06:03, 6 January 2008 (UTC) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use law because:
- The image is a low-resolution cropped image from Doctor Who Magazine;
- The image is being used for informational purposes about the character Sara Kingdom, as portrayed by Jean Marsh, visually depicting characteristics explained in the article;
- No more free alternative exists;
- The use of the image in this article will have no effect on the copyright holders commercial use of the image.
