Kotzebue?

The sentence which reads:

"The murder of the Russian agent, Kotzebue, in March, had shaken but not destroyed Alexander's liberalism..."

However, Kotzebue links to a disambig page, and I am not clear as to if it refers to one of the Kotzebues we have articles for.
