[edit]Taranto is in Italian, Tarent is English. This should be renamed as Philip I of Tarent. 62.78.124.208 07:53, 25 May 2005 (UTC)
No, Taranto is the correct English form of the name. Choess 14:02, 25 May 2005 (UTC)
I would respectfully suggest again that Tarent is the accepted English / German version of Taranto and Tarente' the French, and that it allows the reader to find entries made under this name! An example would be; http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A_Very_Woman At the least, other variant spellings of the word should be shown! IE, Tarent (possibly "Tarrent?", and Tarente'!
I also suggest that a connection be made under the "Second Marriage" section, to explain the meaning of the word "usufruct", with http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Usufruct 69.92.23.64 (talk) 17:16, 8 December 2009 (UTC)Ronald L. Hughes
