Now, a question. If this hasn't yet been released into the public domain, does this mean this article shouldn't be here? RickK 03:02, 19 Jan 2004 (UTC)

The encyclopaedia is in the public domain (I am not sure you can release something in the public domain), PG has yet to release its version of the text.
