It says that he "correctly called the Quebec provincial election of 1998 for the Liberals". This is wrong. The PQ won that election. See Quebec general election, 1998. -- Earl Andrew - talk 04:31, 28 May 2006 (UTC)
- On this page, I belive he means he correctly called the POPULAR VOTE of the provincial election of 1998 for the Liberals. It's easier to project the national popular vote than the actual number of seats won in multi-party first past the post system. Jon 21:47, 3 July 2006 (UTC)
Most of the content on this page really belongs in an article about "Zogby International". Seems odd that this page refers to the polling as a personal act of John Zogby, when it should be referring to the work of an organization. --75.68.148.143 12:18, 22 September 2007 (UTC)
Zogby International
[edit]I find it hard to believe that this polling organization is not (big/important/noteworthy) enough to warrant its own page at Wikipedia. Why is it rolled into John Zogby's bio page as a footnote? --SVTCobra (talk) 00:11, 19 June 2008 (UTC)
Pushpolling?
[edit]Should the bit on Zogby's push poll be in here in its current form? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Szfski (talk • contribs) 02:54, 3 November 2008 (UTC)
Positive Spin
[edit]I don't normally edit wikipedia articles, but I was looking at this article after taking an in-depth class on polling and it seems to understate the criticisms of Zogby's polling efforts. Consider for example, this article. Especially given the concern that Zogby himself contributed to this article, I think this entry should be flagged for revision. Zogby is definitely an important American figure, but his reputation is much more mixed than this article would indicate.
Best of luck Wikipedia editors. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 140.247.6.66 (talk) 04:58, 18 April 2012 (UTC)
What about this article? [1] This page is waaaaay too generous for its not mentioning that Zogby's online polling should have zero credibility. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 128.112.66.66 (talk) 05:24, 25 June 2015 (UTC)
Separate the person from the companies
[edit]They're different things, and also having the page be about the person and the companies may inhibit posting of criticism.2001:984:6FB5:1:A16C:D636:3674:F222 (talk) 16:22, 13 November 2015 (UTC)
