Cuisine by culture has some cultures and then others are just subcategories of Cuisine. Either way it should be set as a uniform standard gren 11:55, 23 Apr 2005 (UTC)

The problem is countries like Russia which have European and Asian areas. I am adding cuisines like Native American cuisine and Cuisine of Kentucky and trying to always include the native ingredients and peoples first. As sometimes what is considered the cuisine of the country is less than 100 years old wheras the natives might have had 10k yr of cuisine that goes largely unreported. --Rakista19:29, 29 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]
