I believe the Copyright for the original book may have been in error. This book was published by the City of Chicago Park District, a government department. Can a government department Copyright something? Also, the book is already published on the web without permission.
- State and City governments in the U.S. can hold copyright (as can governments of many other countries). That other people (apparently) violate the copyright does not mean that we should. --rbrwr±
