Removed Samuel Adams Wisner as though he maybe a decedent, he is in no way affiliated with the 'political family'
Are there any notable members of this family in contemporary times? --NeuronExMachina 02:21, 16 Jul 2004 (UTC)
- The most recent one "political graveyard" has is Eugene H. Nickerson who died in 2002. He was a judge of the U.S. District Court in 1977 and a clerk to US Supreme Court justice Harlan F. Stone. Thomas Boylston Adams ran for Senate in 1966 and was a member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. He died in 1997. However Charles Francis Adams III might indeed be the last named Adams to hold real elective power. He was mayor of Quincy, Massachusetts for a time. The Lodges are linked to the Adams though in several ways and I think they stayed important to more recent times.--T. Anthony 04:48, 28 September 2005 (UTC. Nickolas Hoog is a rising member in the adams political family. Nickolas Hoog currently studies Global Affairs at New York University and has been a member of the United Nations Development Programme. He has also consulted many financial corporations and has worked at places, like USA TODAY and CBS Corporation. He's only 24, too. Definitely someone to watch in this family. i think that this constigation is one like no other there is something uniqu about this peace....
Welsh?
[edit]Does this family have any Welsh links? I could be related to them, but then again, I could not... SpiffingAnimal (talk) 19:32, 12 October 2008 (UTC)
