I'm not really familiar with teh phrase, but its only saving grace may be that it's similar in concept to All your base are belong to us (i.e., obscure-hacker-reference-meets-pop-culture). Delete, I don't believe it. Googling on "tstf" in Groups and scanning the first hundred or so entries yields nothing relevant; googling on "tstf" on the Web, even less. Comparables: If it deserves to live, it's clearly a weak entry in the same category as: pwned, w00t, All your base, B1FF, JeffK, etc.
Con (delete): Much 1337 searching later and I still can't find out what the heck this refers to. Famous historical typo? Movie? Video game?
Pro for "teh future": Googling for simply "teh future" turns up 1,900 or so hits. Many can be dismissed as obvious misspellings. But if you take the time to look in context, there's a clear trend of many people repeatedly using the phrase teh future intentionally. If we were voting on keeping a page called "teh future", I would be inclined to let it live on, as a stub until it could be substantiated by those in the know.
Pro for moving the phrase into Leet: the word teh is already described there as being sometimes used for emphasis, so maybe this whole TSTF thing just serves as a solid example.
