Due to the type of fertilization that has been traditionally used in China (human dung), Chinese culture does not eat ANYTHING raw. Most water in China isn't even potable (why do you think tea drinking got started?), so how would you eat raw vegetables? So I believe the comment in this article to be wrong. Doesn't hurt Mexicans. Your own dung is usually not going to give you anything that bad, it's -foreign- dung that causes problems.

Redirecting

Why does this redirect to 'pea', when there could be an article specifically about mangetout?--Jcvamp 14:59, 27 August 2006 (UTC)

Why does it redirect at ALL? Mangetout is the name of a French guy that eats everything, not a pea. The pea article doesn't have the word mangetout in it at all.
